Most small businesses don't fail for lack of effort. They stall under the weight of a dozen disconnected tools, freelancers and to-do lists — with the founder holding it all together. We exist to take that weight off, and put a calm, unified engine in its place.

How We Started

From rescuing chaos to engineering order.

AJN began the way a lot of good things do — by cleaning up a mess. We kept meeting founders with a "web guy," a "social girl" and a bookkeeper who'd never spoken, each doing decent work that added up to confusion.

So we stopped offering single services and started offering something rarer: a single team that owns the whole picture. Strategy, build, marketing and operations, designed to work together from day one. The result felt less like hiring an agency and more like finally having the in-house department you couldn't yet afford.

Today that's all we do — quietly run the growth infrastructure for businesses too busy growing to manage the chaos themselves.
